Use our online configurator to personalize layout, finishes, energy systems, and smart features.
All Hapi Homes are architecturally designed and net-zero capable by default.

Finalize your selections and approve execution drawings (structural, MEP, and finishes).
We’ll submit your planning application.

Once your permits are approved, your home is manufactured off-site using precision-engineered panelized components.
All components selected based on your requirements are procured.
To minimize delays and on-site variation, fixtures, finishes, and upgrades are procured per your selections.

Every Hapi Home is pre-engineered to accelerate build time and improve energy performance.

Most installs are complete within 2-6 weeks from delivery.

Once installation is complete, your home undergoes a comprehensive multi-point quality assurance inspection. We verify structural integrity, energy system performance, airtightness, and finishing details against design specifications.
A Hapi Homes representative or certified site supervisor will complete a final walk-through with you, explaining key features, warranties, and system operations.
All homes when completed will come with all required Design, Warranties and Certifications.
